Welcome back from the WPTG! We’d like to invite you to stop by our table at Woodland’s Back to School Night, Tuesday 9/25, to introduce yourself, get more information about our programs, sign up to volunteer, take a look at our new Spiritwear design, and/or pay Activity Fees!
The Woodland Parent Teacher Group (WPTG) is a parent led organization that strives to enhance the experience of both students and teachers of Woodland Middle School, by planning various events and activities throughout the school year. As our children have outgrown Room Parents, volunteering with the WPTG is a great way to get involved in your child’s school community. Some of the activities and events that we organize each year include Trunk or Treat (with APT), Snowball Dance, Scholastic Book Fairs, Teacher Appreciation Week, 8th Grade Activities, Skate Nights and much more! As a non-profit organization, we do request a $10 activity fee per student to help offset costs of these events. Fees can be paid by sending an envelope marked “WPTG” to school with cash or check made out to WPTG. Please include your name, child’s name, grade and homeroom teacher.
