Attention 5th & 6th Grade Parents! Fliers/permission slips should have gone home on Friday for the first 5/6th Grade Activity of the year!
What: Holiday Lights Hayride
When: Monday 12/17 @ 6pm
Where: Johnson’s Farm
Cost: $12/person
If a form did not make it home, please print one below and return to school with money by Wednesday 12/12/18. Checks can be made out to WPTG.
**Please note that one adult is required for every 4 children.**
